Opportunities From: City of Camarillo VOLUNTEERS

JOIN THE FUN!  SHARE FASCINATING CAMARILLO HISTORY WITH THE COMMUNITY! Camarillo Ranch House Tour Docents guide visitors through Adolfo Camarillo's historical 1892 home for the education and enjoyment of the community!   

House Tours take place on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM, or during private scheduled tours.

All new docents receive training from 'day one' and continued support throughout this immersive experience!

Camarillo Ranch School Tour Docents guide students through FUN & INTERACTIVE history-themed activities!  School Tours take place on Wednesdays &/or Thursdays from 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM during the school year, with the exception of December.  All new docents receive training from 'day one' and continued support throughout the process of this extraordinary educational experience!

JOIN US!  The Camarillo Ranch Foundation (CRF) seeks community members to serve on the Board of Directors.  The Board of Directors meets at 5:30 P.M. on the First Wednesday of the month.  All CRF Committee Meetings take place in the CRF Office, unless otherwise noted.

Please type or print clearly and attach a resume (if desired). All applicants must reside within Ventura County. (See Board of Directors’ Vacancies.) In addition to submitting this application, you may be asked to participate in an interview process.  If accepted by the board, a background check done. This application and anything submitted with the application is a public record.

JOIN US!  The dedicated volunteers of the Camarillo Ranch Foundation help us share the fascinating history and legacy of Adolfo Camarillo with our community!

Volunteers assist in various ongoing activities:  recruitment drives staff the CRF booth at public events assist with any of the signature community events throughout the year
