Description

Community Emergency Response Team training will have a final drill to practice skills in a disaster scenario.

Volunteers role-play as victims and will be made-up to show fake injuries.  Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty or stained.

You will receive instructions to describe how to behave.  CERT Class trainees will work through a scenario and their job is to rescue and treat injured survivors.

YOUTH, ages 15-17 must have a parent sign the waiver and photo release, and a parent or guardian must be present during the time of the drill.

PLEASE REGISTER HERE:  Volunteers to Role-Play as Injured Survivors in a Drill     on the Ventura County Fire Department Volunteers webpage.

For questions you may contact Steve Lazenby, CERT Program Manager at steve.lazenby@ventura.org or 805-389-9724.

Thank you!
