Camarillo Library Volunteers are involved in many aspects of the Library with jobs that benefit people throughout the year and all through the community! Camarillo Library volunteers may be any age, from 14 to adult.

Position Description
Summer Reading Club teen volunteers help facilitate the summer reading program by staffing registration tables, assisting with special events, and helping with various tasks including shelving, program preparations, book reviews, and more. Volunteers are scheduled in two-hour increments, with a maximum of 4 hours per day.
Requirements

- Must be 13 to 18 years old.
- Must be able to follow directions.
- Must be patient with children.
- Must be able to handle busy and loud environments.
- Must attend a scheduled training session.
- Must commit to at least 10 hours during the summer program.
