Description

The City Of Camarillo Is Seeking Volunteers To Join Us In Cleaning Our Inland Waterways.  To avoid creating excess trash, we encourage volunteers to bring their own trash bag, reusable water bottle, bucket, and gloves!

Celebrate the 39th Anniversary of California Coastal/Inland Waterways Cleanup Day. Join us this year to keep Camarillo and Ventura County's waterways free of debris!

During last year's Cleanup, a total of 1,510 volunteers were in attendance and removed over 8,358 pounds of trash and recyclables from Ventura County beaches and inland waterways.

In Camarillo, 115 volunteers collected 486 pounds of debris from two sites - the barranca off Mission Oaks Park, and Calleguas Creek at Paseo Del Campo and Creekside.
